I standardized a design system and optimized key features of the iPhone app and adapted the award-winning service to a native iPad experience. Applying UX principles, user research, and analytics, I improved conversion, ease and accuracy of ordering, and customer satisfaction. Maintained a 4.9 star customer rating in the App Store.
